Consumers often depend on reliable and fast delivery, especially for medicines and cosmetic products. Online retailers can score points in terms of customer experience if they proactively keep customers informed about the current processing status during the shipping period.
But what does it look like in practice? We placed test orders with the largest German online stores in the health & beauty sector and analyzed the results.

- More than one in five orders for health and beauty products arrived unpunctually in the test
- 78% of health & beauty retailers ship their products in boxes that are too large
